Nano-coating | Applying DLC nano-coating on the whole nozzle makes the friction coefficient of the inner and outer wall of nozzle is only 0.03, which greatly reduces the problem of filament sticking. Combined structure | The combined assembly structure of ruby tip and nozzle body reduces filament leakage caused by the ruby falling or shifting, which finally improves the printing reliability. Hardened steel material | Hardened steel with a hardness of HRC60 and above, which is the first choice for abrasive and high temperature materials printing.
