Mepitel One Silikon Netzverband Mepitel One von Mölnlycke ist ein steriles, einseitig beschichtetes Wunddistanzgitter mit weichem Silikon. Es wird direkt auf die Wunde gelegt und bildet eine sanfte Kontaktschicht zwischen Wundfläche und äußerem Verband. Die Safetac Beschichtung haftet sanft auf intakter, trockener Haut, ohne mit dem feuchten Wundbett zu verkleben. Dadurch kann der Verbandwechsel für Patienten angenehmer sein und das Risiko von Hautschädigungen reduziert werden.2,4,7 Ein wichtiger Punkt: Mepitel One ist keine stark saugende Wundauflage. Die offene Netzstruktur ermöglicht, dass Wundexsudat in einen darüberliegenden absorbierenden Sekundärverband weitergeleitet wird. Gleichzeitig bleibt die Wunde durch das transparente Netz gut beurteilbar, ohne dass die Wundkontaktschicht unnötig entfernt werden muss.5,6 Mepitel One kann in unterschiedlichen Wundsituationen verwendet werden, unter anderem bei Verbrennungen, Hauttransplantationswunden, chirurgischen Wunden und weiteren akuten oder chronischen Wunden.
