E-commerce has slapped the face of the conventional retail business with the fear of helplessness and uncertainty (Teece, 2010).This paper explores the effect of the increasing trend of e-Commerce over the traditional bricks and mortar shop retailing system. It highlights several aspects regarding the manner in which the conventional retail businesses have been affected by the invention and growth of e-Commerce and whether there any strategies that traditional retail businesses are employing as a comeback strategy.

The implications of the major political (loss of sovereignty), technological, cultural (globalisation vs. identity), environmental (population growth) and economic trends that the current generation faces will be considered; thereafter looking at its impact on the global division of labour. This will be followed by a thorough analysis of what the nature and structure of the world system will look like in 2025. The paper will end off with a prediction of what the balance of power in the system will be around this time, looking at several candidates for possible hegemony. The argument posed in this essay is that the world system is undergoing a transitional phase, whereby the system could potentially collapse and be replaced by another one, although this is not likely to occur as early as 2025. The other argument is that the ushering in of a new hegemon is a lengthy process, one that will probably not have taken root by this time; thus 2025 will almost certainly be characterized by a multipolar system. They are based on a project group meeting of the Wissenschaftliche Gesellschaft für Theologie in September 2023 at LEUCOREA in Lutherstadt Wittenberg.

Nowadays global economy is complex, as companies and corporations with gorgeous experience and power overload the market. The Keen rivalry between the corporate entities builds insurmountable obstacles not only for individual persons or for novice companies with less competitive strength, but also for big companies intending either to enter a new market or to make a debut into the new product development. The most efficient tool, in case individual person or company is not capable of solely handling the successful accomplishment of a business objective, is to constitute alliance with another company or person, in other words, to acquire the urgent help. The work goes beyond the common definitions and reviews the subject in details, including significant examples and cases. It also includes the comparative analysis between the German and the English jurisdiction in range of the regulatory legislation for Joint Ventures. The reasons behind my decision to view mentioned systems as the regulatory legislation are, on the one hand, the diversification between these two jurisdictions and on the other hand the fact that both are the major representatives of their law systems. My aim while making the comparison between the two legislations was to show each possible characterization of the subject.

Chris Riotta noted in Newsweek that Baron Trump's adventures begin in Russia, and also mentioned another book of Ingersoll's, The Last President, in which the president's home city of New York is riven by protests against a rigged presidential election.
