Im Anschluss daran erfolgt eine Analyse und Interpretation von Paul Celans "Psalm". Anfangs wird hier das lyrische Wir betrachtet, um in der Folge die Stilmittel und Metaphern herauszuarbeiten. An-schließend beschäftigt sich die Arbeit mit der Mystik und dem Widerstand. Der letzte Gliederungspunkt beinhaltet einen Vergleich der Motivräume, wobei die Unterschiede und Gemeinsamkeiten der Lyrik in Allgemeine Merkmale und genderspezifische Merkmale unterschieden werden soll. Abschließen wird sich diese Arbeit mit einem kurzen Fazit zu Erarbeitung und etwaigen Schwierigkeiten oder anderen Dingen befas-sen. Auf Grund der Komplexität der Arbeit werden bewusst Schwerpunkte in der Bear-beitung gesetzt, so dass es sein kann, dass nicht alle möglichen Varianten der Interpreta-tion und Analyse bedacht werden. Dies liegt alleine daran, dass das Material die Arbeit sprengen würde.

All diese Beispiele sind angelehnt an Beispielsätze aus dem Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary (kurz OALD). Würde man diese Sätze in das Deutsche übertragen, so würde man feststellen, dass great auch hier fast überall durch groß oder großartig zu ersetzen ist. Und doch hat great in jedem dieser Sätze eine andere Bedeutungsnuance. Mal meint es einen Ausdruck für räumliche Höhe, oder für wirtschaftlichen Aufschwung, mal einen Ausdruck für das Befinden, oder für einen entfernten Verwandtschaftsgrad. All das wird ausgedrückt durch das Wort great. Ziel dieser Arbeit wird sein, mithilfe der bisher sieben erschienenen Editionen des OALD, zu untersuchen, ob es schon immer in diesem Lernerwörterbuch (das heißt seit 1948) derart viele verschiedene Abstufungen in der Bedeutung des Wortes great gegeben hat. Hierzu werde ich zunächst die für diese Seminararbeit wichtigen semantischen Begriffe erläutern (z.B. Es ist daher auch die Aufgabe der Bildungsinstitute, speziell des Berufskollegs, diese Kompetenzen zu vermitteln. Wer bereits in seiner Schulzeit Erfahrung im Umgang mit den grundlegenden Arbeitsweisen durch selbst gesteuertes und kooperatives Lernen und den damit verbundenen Chancen und Risiken gemacht hat, ist den ständig wachsenden Anforderungen im späteren Leben (Privat- und Berufsleben) sicherlich besser gewachsen. Niemand kann heute erwarten, in der Jugend soviel Wissen anzusammeln, dass es für das ganze Leben reicht. Aus diesem Grund befasst sich diese Arbeit mit der Entwicklung eines Konzepts zur Förderung der wohl wichtigsten Kompetenzen, dem selbst gesteuerten und kooperativen Lernen im Rahmen einer Existenzgründung.

Bei-spiele für bedeutende amerikanische Geschäfts- und Investmentbanken, die im Rahmen der Rezession Insolvenz anmelden mussten beziehungsweise von Wettbewerbern übernommen wurden, sind unter anderem Bear Stearns, Lehman Brothers, Washington Mutual, Merrill Lynch und Wachovia. Auch im internationalen Raum führte die Finanzkrise zu erheblichen Problemen bei ABN AMRO, Dexia und Hypo Real Estate oder im Fall von Northern Rock gar zum Konkurs. Kritiker der Zeitwertmethode argumentieren, dass die Fair-Value-Vorschriften für Krisenzeiten nicht nur ineffektiv waren, sondern aufgrund von signifikanten Abschreibungen den Zusammenbruch einiger der genannten Finanzinstitutionen induzierten. Im Gegensatz dazu sehen Befürworter die Zeitwertbilanzierung zu Unrecht in der Kritik und ergo als Opfer der Finanzkrise an.Da die potenziellen Entstehungsgründe der Krise ein Politikum darstellen und insbesondere seitens des Finanzsektors ein immenser Einfluss auf Regierungsvertreter zum unverzüglichen Handeln ausgeübt wurde, ist Fair-Value sowohl im angloamerikanischen wie auch im internationalen Raum zunehmend in den Fokus politischer Entscheidungsträger und Regulierungsbehörden geraten. Folglich sahen sich diese gezwungen, die Zweckmäßigkeit der Regelungen zu überdenken, sodass erheblicher Druck auf internationale Standardsetzer ausgeübt wurde, bestehende Fair-Value-Standards zu novellieren. Die vorliegende Arbeit setzt sich dabei das Ziel, die stattgefundene Fair-Value-Diskussion anhand von politischen Statements empirisch abzubilden. In diesem Zusammenhang stellt sich zum einen die Frage, in welchem thematischen und zeitlichen Kontext die Äußerungen angefallen sind, zum anderen ist interessant, welche allgemeinen Meinungen die Regierungsvertreter bezüglich Fair-Value vertreten und welche konkreten Pro- und Contra-Argumente in den Stellungnahmen hervorgebracht werden.

What started as a subprime crisis in the beginning soon turned to a global financial crisis and then changed to a worldwide recession. Governments around the world try to fix their financial system and to restore economic health. (...) The current crisis in the U.S. has parallels with a range of other crisis such as the Great Depression or the U.S. Savings and Loans crisis. Rogoff and Reinhart, for instance, compared the current crisis with a wide range of other crises (2008) However, The Economist (2009d), Posen (2009), Kobayashi (2008b), Koo (2008), Krugman (2009d) and Nakamae (2008) are just few of many well-known authors who state that Japan's experience in the 1990s is the most suitable for serving as a reference to the United States. Despite many differences between both crises, I agree with Koo who points out that the U.S. is "extremely fortunate" to have the opportunity to learn from Japan's experiences, a country which "went through something very similar just fifteen years ago" (2008, 69). (...) The objective of this paper is to explain what the U.S. can learn from Japan's experience and to give a road map of how to respond to the unfolding events in financial markets. (...) The current head of the Federal Reserve Ben Bernanke studied Japan's crisis in depth during the 1990s and 2000s and hopefully, U.S. policymakers will make good use of those lessons in order to minimize the pains of the U.S. economy. This paper is divided into four sections. The first section provides an overview of the events that led to what the International Monetary Fund (IMF) then called the "largest financial shock since the Great Depression" (Stewart 2008). The second part explains how the crisis in Japan unfolded and why it took so long until policy measures had a significant positive impact. The third part shortly summarizes America's response to the crisis so far. The final part tries to answer the question what America can learn from Japan when it comes to handling its crisis.

Die zunehmende Transparenz und Wissensteilung birgt wiederum die Gefahr Wettbewerbsvorteile, infolge des Verlustes wettbewerbsrelevanten Wissens und anschließender Imitation durch Konkurrenten, einzubüßen. Entsprechend der Tatsache, dass Wissen zugleich geteilt und geschützt werden muss, stehen Unternehmen vor einem Zielkonflikt. Die Diplomarbeit definiert das Konzept des Wissensschutzes unter dem Fokus von Regelungen und Maßnahmen, welche die Aneignung von wettbewerbsrelevantem Wissen durch Wettbewerber verhindern. Sie bestimmt kritisches Wissen und bietet einen Überblick über potentielle Bedrohungen und Schwachstellen, mit denen Unternehmen sich konfrontiert sehen können. However, increased transparency and urged knowledge sharing also bear the risk that knowledge-based competitive advantages are diluted by means of abuse or theft and subsequent imitation by competitors. Due to the fact that organizational knowledge needs to be shared and protected simultaneously, organizations are faced to two conflicting targets. This diploma thesis defines the concept of knowledge protection, focusing on rules and countermeasures against the appropriation of knowledge assets by rivals. It determines the relevant knowledge assets and provides an overview over potential threats and vulnerabilities organizations could be confronted with. Additionally, considering the conflicting goals, the corresponding protection measures have to be discussed and aligned. Finally, these measures are approved by applying them to chosen knowledge processes.

Vor der Finanzkrise in den Jahren 2005 bis hinein in die erste Hälfte von 2007 waren die Wirtschaftsgazetten allerdings von anderen Headlines geprägt. Beteiligungsgesellschaften wurden für ihre immer größer und spektakulär anmutenden Übernahmedeals gefeiert. Private Equity war in aller Munde. Riesige Buy-Outs wie die 45 Mrd.
