Sekunden später öffnete sich die Klappe und der Körper der 22-Jährigen baumelte leblos am Galgen. 20 Minuten später nahmen der britischer Berufshenker und seine Helfer den Leichnam ab und legten ihn in einen der vorbereiteten Särge. An diesem Tag starben weitere zwölf verurteilte NS-Verbrecher.Ort dieses Schauspiels des Todes war das Zuchthaus von Hameln. Der Stadt, die bis in die Gegenwart hinein bekannt ist als Opfer eines Rattenfängers, der die Kinder der Bürger mit seinem lieblichen Musikspiel für immer entführte, als er für seine Dienste nicht bezahlt worden war. Stellte Irma Grese letztlich auch das Opfer eines Rattenfängers in Form das nach Ende des Zweiten Weltkriegs oft dämonisierten Adolf Hitlers dar? Die junge Frau war noch nicht einmal 20, als sie kurz nach ihrer Ausbildung zur SS-Aufseherin nach Auschwitz versetzt wurde. Mit 20 Jahren gaben ihr die Umstände Verfügungsgewalt über bis zu 30000 Frauen im Frauenlager von Auschwitz. Der Hund hörte sich an wie ein Hund, der gerne zubeißt. Laut Mewo sind Hunde in Mewo Blöcken verboten. Hunde ohne Leine trifft man auch an der Feystraße und am nächsten Block in der Braunstraße an. Alle drei Hunde sind heute von mir bei der Polizei Memmingen angezeigt worden. Herr Fischer und Herr Güttler von der Mewo wollten und wollen mir keine neue Wohnung vom Mewo Wohnungsbau geben. Es gilt das Verhältnis der eingesetzten Filmaufnahmen in Bezug zum realen Ereignis des Geiseldramas zu analysieren, denn der Film bezieht keine Stellung. Vielmehr scheint die Dokumentation ein Porträt eines Ereignisses zu sein, ein Porträt, wo die Sache für sich steht. Es liegt also vielmehr an dem Zuschauer, welche Wirkung der Film auf ihn hat oder inwieweit Emotionen ausgelöst werden. Es gibt Stellungnahmen, aber keine Auseinandersetzung, keine Erläuterungen, die das Ereignis inhaltlich untermauern. Unter anderem erscheint auch eine Anzeige der Internetauktionsplattform Ebay in der Rolex Uhren angeboten werden.Somit stellt sich die Frage, wie die Verwendung von geschützten Begrif-fen durch einen Wettbewerber als Suchwort zu beurteilen ist und in wel-cher Form er oder der Anbieter der Suchmaschine haftet.Die Rechtsprechung zum Thema "Keyword Advertising" ist weitgehend uneinheitlich. Diese Unklarheit ist der Hintergrund für die breite Diskus-sion im Schrifttum und der Rechtsprechung.
