Weinberg Die Lage ist nach Südwesten geöffnet und mit bis zu 60 % Neigung extrem sonnenverwöhnt. Die Reben für diesen Wein sind 40 Jahre und älter und stehen auf sehr steinigem Muschelkalkboden. Pro Stock wurden bei der Triebkorrektur 8 ±Triebe mit je einer Traube zugelassen. Die Schultertrauben wurden entfernt. Bei der intensiven Laubarbeit wurde auf ein perfektes Verhältnis von Belüftung und Beschattung der Trauben geachtet. Alle Arbeiten wurden ausschließlich von Hand durchgeführt. Ausbau Die Trauben wurden am 27.09.2022 mit 91° Oechsle in den frühen Morgenstunden gelesen. Nach mehrtägiger Kaltmazeration wurde die Maische schonend gepresst und der Most bei 20°C circa 30 Tage vergoren. Anschließend reifte der Wein bis Weihnachten 2022 ohne SO2-Gabe auf der Vollhefe. Anschließend Feinhefelager bis zur Füllung am 23.05.2023.
