Die Pan Africa Christian University, eine 1978 gegründete Privatuniversität in Nairobi, Kenia, hat bis heute über 400 Studenten ausgebildet, die über ganz Afrika verstreut sind. Folglich wurde in diesem Forschungsprojekt versucht, einen strategischen Leitfaden für die Gründung der Alumni-Vereinigung der PAC-Universität anzubieten. Das Projekt überprüft Theorien und Praxis der strategischen Führung und schlägt einen Ansatz vor, der bei der Gründung der Alumni-Vereinigung der Pan Africa Christian University angewendet werden soll.
