Das Standmodell ist eine Nachbildung des Lockheed F-35A Lightning II in der CTOL-Version (konventioneller Start und Landung). Das JSF Joint Strike Fighter-Programm wurde ins Leben gerufen, um ein neues Allwetter-Mehrzweckkampfflugzeug der fünften Generation zu entwickeln, das die bestehenden Streikkämpfer der Vereinigten Staaten und der NATO ersetzen soll. Das Team der Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie unter der Leitung von Lockheed Martin entwickelte den einsitzigen, einmotorigen F-35 Lightning II. Er verwendet Stealth-Technologie und zeichnet sich durch trapezförmige Flügel sowie durch die Verwendung modernster High-Tech-Materialien und Avioniksysteme aus.
